The 2022 V/Line Cup will be at Shepperton in the September school holidays. Gippsland will take on Bendigo on Monday, September 19 and Barwon on Tuesday, September 20. Gippsland will consist of three teams including Division 1 and 2 boys teams and girls teams.
The V/Line Cup carnival has a rich history dating back to 1949 and annually showcases hundreds of the best young footballers from across the state.
14 teams will compete in the V/Line Cup and 7 teams will compete in the V/Line Cup Girls. The 21 teams will play in two Boys Divisions and a Girls Division. Each team will play in two full length matches.
Up to 24 players can be brought to the carnival to represent their team, each of whom must not reach the age of 16 during the 2022 calendar year.
