AFL Gippsland Launches New By-Laws Incorporating CCSP Framework

AFL Gippsland has released new Region By Laws, approved at the May AFL Gippsland Region Council meeting. Region By Laws have been implemented across all Victorian Country Regions with local alignment between Affiliated Leagues and the AFL National Community Football Policy Handbook (NCFPH).

These updated regulations, now available on the AFL Gippsland website, provide comprehensive guidelines covering various crucial aspects of our local competitions.

For Gippsland Senior Clubs and Competitions, the AFL Gippsland CCSP By Laws have been integrated into the new Region By Laws.

The By Laws incorporate the following areas:

• The establishment of the AFL Gippsland Policy Panel including the role and function of the Panel in overseeing and interpreting these By Laws.
• Minimum Player and Umpire Age requirements from the NCFPH are detailed along with the process for managing both underage and overage applications.
• Conditions for Gippsland Area Agreements and Permits.
• The consistent management of investigation fees.
• Details on the Region Appeals Process.
